You are told to find a goal to accomplish. What happens shortly after? You fail to reach the goal. You might picture living the new you who achieved the goal. You stopped after a few tries because you didn’t feel the goal was important anymore or there must be another silver bullet that would allow you to achieve it. Did you look at the systems you have or needed to put into place to make daily improvements? What conscious positive habits this month do you need to put into place in your life, in your team, in your organization that will layer these tiny steps to have really remarkable progress?
