Daily Leadership Thought – February 05 2018

What is said in the meetings you attend? Are there questions and discussions that open up discussion or do they lead to a frantic look at the clock? Try intentional questions, those that lead with a purpose. Questions done right lead to exploration and possibilities. When you feel the room isn’t using the power of the minds gathered, ask: “Are there any questions we haven’t asked?” Or speak something of value to raise the consciousness of those present. You might just lead to a better result.

“What do you want to say? Why does it need to be said?” ~ Warren Berger, Author of A More Beautiful Question: The Power of Inquiry to Spark Breakthrough Ideas
