One of the things I found early on in my business life was I tried to get to the goal. The completion of the goal was all that mattered. I was told “you get paid on completions.” This was reinforced in the jobs I held. Later I sought jobs that led to rewarding journeys. My life is now focused on helping others learn the value of the journey. What drives you the end goal or the opportunity to learn more about yourself?
