Who do want to work with and what are you willing to create? Being on a team at work sometimes gives each person concern about the other members. Sometimes individuals will hold back until others prove themselves. Trust is slow to build and as a result people wait to work together. They need to be directed and begrudgingly accept tasks. What makes you part of the group of people working with each other? Remember back to school when you were assigned to a project with another. Did you have to finish the project yourself or did you just coast to the finish? Knowing others often takes curiosity and willingness to make bridges. The bottom line is that something great will only occur when we build a connection, build trust, and have a desire to achieve together.
