Sometimes we overlook selected people on the team as not performing to their fullest. Each person is necessary for the symphony or your team lead to the best result ever. Work to keep skills of the team at their highest before the performance is to start. More importantly, the value of each person to the team is to be respected and encouraged. No team is complete with one less person. Each person’s collaboration is a necessary component of the greater mission.
