Change is a constant. Everything is in a state of change. Some things are assigned to us within our lives to have a perceived control. A person may say “no” in an attempt to limit the change. The team cannot meet the needs of the world evolving by staying put. It is replicated each time a company refuses to update their products or evolve to a new customer profile. A team stands still when the leader doesn’t inspire people to the new vision. What do you need to do to be relevant and ready for the next possibility? An awakening of who you are right now and the imagination to crystallize over time a fuller version of yourself or what you desire or obsess to become.
