They take little initiative to remember it or to write it down and begin a process to internalize it. They take no further steps to foster it and become passionate about living it. Dreams are from small to large. Small dreams are like taking a trip. Large dreams lead sometimes to disrupt the status quo. They start with one person who shares the dream and starts stepping into it. It requires others to make it a reality; to uncover its full potential. It is so within the family, the workplace, and the community beyond. Good leaders don’t ignore dreams. They embrace them to bring significance to others.
