Poorly performing teams usually have solo warriors. They feel they need to carry the team as their perception is others are doing their fair share. This goes beyond the normal shortfall in productivity. Animosity breeds. What fixes a team’s performance? Aligning tasks with the people having the appropriate skills. Leading the team and holding people accountable is important.
