What do you get done? In the end what difference does it make? Does it improve you and those around you? Successful leaders guide the team to reach the goal while knowing that the goal isn’t the only thing important. Empathy, patience, listening, and caring are all important in making a difference, in lifting others to help reach that distant point. Less successful teams forget that rolling the stone requires looking after each other.
