What do you hold secret? Some people hold back a story about themselves because of a perceived shame. They hide it away and it eats at them and their performance. They feel less. Though they want to give their all to the team. Sometimes members of your team need to share and they need to feel safe in doing so. The team performs less effectively until space is created. Apex thinking leaders create an environment where each person has an opportunity to find someone to talk through their thoughts and feelings. What will you do today to make another person feel safe and remove the stigma perceived or otherwise?
