You might be told to think “outside of the box” to think a new way or stop thinking like what got you or the team to the current point. Do you feel that thinking outside is foreign and hard to do? Think back to your childhood through the eyes of a six-month-old child. You knew what interested you and what you needed to get there. Why is it so different right now? Recapture your curiosity and be open to another solution. You will crawl faster and achieve better results. Your team will do so too up-leveling their performance and the results of the organization.
