Do you look after the people that are around you? You have the responsibility to see that the people who surround you have their needs met. Make them feel safe and they will focus then on why they are where they are. They want to be their best for you. They just need to know you care and have their back. In return for their loyalty, they don’t want to be disposed of like paper plates after the meal. What is one thing that illuminates in your mind today to step towards improving the relationships you have with your team members, family or even with strangers you will meet? How will you tend to your people. There are many examples throughout history of successful and not-so-successful leaders. The reason for their success: treating their team right.
