In your day do you seek answers from someone else? Do you prefer to go through a process to set you up to explore the problem and uncover options? Too often people go in search of someone who will give the answer being validated. Want the answer and to move on negates what we are built to do; to explore the possibilities and define a path ahead toward the potential answer or realization of a destination. Learn to lead with questions especially with those that want the answers. Yours is not the only answer to the problem.
