What mindset do you have on this first day back into the regular business day of the new year. I remember early on my first days were getting back in the groove and feeling overwhelmed as my responsibilities turned to compiling the multitude of analyses for the end of the month, end of the quarter and end of the year. This was in addition to the regular daily and weekly activities. It was easy to allow the rest and joy from the vacation just past to be drained by the forthcoming realities of long days of work. What will you do to extend the joy and carry it through the day and lifting others who need that extra boost too? A little cheery gesture goes along way. Will this day be the start of a new you?
