In a career or in a calling, when a person removes the noise from external and internal voices, he or she will be able to identify with greater clarity what is within, what might be the next step and what will be found along the way. This includes finding others to learn from up close and from afar. There is a continual need to develop everyday to mature into a fuller essence of oneself. Sometimes the resources will become visible as you approach that next door. Struggle means an opportunity to find more about yourself. What will you do today, turn up the distractions to get to the end or take a walk and understand the lessons around you?
