APEX Living Moment – May 16 2017

In school we are taught when writing to end each sentence with a period or another punctuation item, leave a space, and then start the next sentence. In similar fashion, we look to speak in sentences and complete thoughts. Complete thoughts are often overlooked and we speak crazy fast. When we do, we insert crutch words like Umm and Ahh and You Know. When we are the tribal leader, we need to eliminate those words. On the other hand, as leaders we need to respect and appreciate the Umm as it is telling us to calm down and listen to thought we are building and looking to share. Take a moment to see what you are telling yourself and others. We discuss what you can do to take advantage of this to be a more effective leader. https://youtu.be/KRzr64O9tXM
