People sometimes display a different nature at work than at home. At home, they more than likely will nurture and strengthen their children. At work, they don’t feel people measure up and verbally note that in front of others. They may treat family worse than colleagues. Why the difference? We tend to forget what we are asked to do. Value, believe and love people before they value, believe and love themselves. We each are called to do the same for another and they for us.
